Process

  1. In order to receive our services, you must confirm that you are unemployed and in need of assistance. * As we do not undertake further vetting, we thoroughly rely on your honesty and request that you ONLY fill out this form if you fit the requirements, that way we can reach people who need support.
  2.  Once the form is filled out, our team will vet the items requested and source them. * Afroprime Charity reserves the right to withhold the purchase of items we deem inappropriate. We will do our best to source out all items requested but may not be able to provide them all e.g. due to unavailability in shops.
  3.  DELIVERIES will take place on Saturdays between 1pm – 4pm. Please ensure that there is an adult over the age of 18 present to receive them. You will be required to sign a delivery confirmation form on delivery. * Your picture might be taken on the day.
